    Lower than 100 years ago a hard working man would spend his day sweating behind a horse and plow. If he wanted to go to the village he would cycle plus the evenings although do home repairs. His wife can be doing all of the housework without appliances and cooking from scratch with out a microwave.

    The best of life with their grandchildren and great grandchildren can be so different.     We’ve become fat, lazy, sick, doctor and drug dependent as epidemic health threats called chronic ‘lifestyle disease’ have paralleled the march of technology. Along with the worst of it is modern tools has also produced a unprecedented number of sedentary children. The cause… too much food… and not enough exercise.

    The predictions are frightening; here are some of these: Children born in the year 2000 and beyond could be the first children in recorded history to never outlive their parents. One out of three of the unfortunate children will build up Diabetes before they turn 18. Over 50% ones will be obese… over 75% of which overweight leading to them creating a predicted shortened lifespan of 20 -30 years.

    The human suffering and financial price of these predictions will be unimaginable as 400 million everyone is predicted to die from illness that is premature and preventable next 10 years. Although everyone realize that proper intentional exercise that work well the muscular system is necessary to health only six beyond ten adults do it. It’s as though no-one really cares whether live or die.

    Not exercising is as dangerous to ones health as smoking yet years ago smoking was not considered a medical threat. It will be exactly the same with exercise, 1 day soon not doing enough muscle building tweaking activity within our sedentary world will be regarded as dangerous to ones health as smoking two packs of all smoking aids a day.

    But why hold off until then. It’s very all to easy to get started on an effective workout program setup by a fitness professional which means you maximum benefit ‘bang for the buck’. How hard can it be to ditch some of the processed food and start replacing all of them with natural fresh whole foods that man hasn’t tampered with and dumped harmful chemicals in?

    Start taking some responsibility and protect your and yourself children from being one of 400 million individuals who will end up statistics. Reclaim what rightfully is owned by each one of us – a medical span that matches our increased lifespan.
